| We use UPS, FedEx and USPS and charge you actual shipping rates and give you the benefit of our discounted rates with these shippers except for USPS. Orders to the United States will normally arrive in 2-6 business days after the order is processed. We can ship internationally, but not through our automated shopping cart. PLEASE CONTACT US DIRECTLY FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS. Please note: Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories add 1-2 days for delivery Large/Heavy/Oversized items will require additional charge Shipping estimates are valid for in-stock items only and do not include weekends or holidays. We process all orders within 24 hours and will ship either the same or next business day. As regards to warranty repairs, items must be returned to the manufacturer for any warranty repair unless the item was received defective and we are notified immediately, then we will replace upon receipt of the damaged item back in our warehouse. PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING ANY DAMAGED ITEM AS WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNING THE DAMAGED ITEM. All Sales are final.
